Is online gambling legal in Canada?
Online gambling in Canada is regulated province by province. Ontario runs its own regulated online casino market: operators there register with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and work under an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario, as described in the Betty licence details and High Flyer licence details.
